Aeration and fluidizing systems

Fluidizing and aeration systems usually consist of several fluidizing nozzles staggered on various levels. Each level is connected to a ring line. Thus, it can be easily divided into different aeration fields. The loosening system is operated in conjunction with the exhaust system.

We also offer our customers the production of complete assemblies. Here we can also manufacture hoppers equipped with fluidizing aids according to your drawings. Also, with some of our systems, under certain conditions, an inertization (inert gas injection) is possible.
