Vibrating Tables
A vibrating table is suitable for the compaction of concrete and bulk materials, for filling and production plants, of powders, for the compaction of BigBags and gabions, and for testing mechanical or electronic components for their vibration resistance. For this purpose, we offer a wide range of standard vibration tables and customized special designs.
Pneumatic vibratory drives
Pneumatically driven vibrators in various sizes and with different operating principles. These devices are suitable for numerous applications, such as generating vibrations on conveyor chutes, conveyor belts, filling systems and screens, compacting, loosening and conveying bulk materials, and as auxiliary drives on silos and transfer hoppers.
Electric vibrators
Electric external vibrators (also called external vibrator, unbalance motor or vibration motor) are available in many different sizes and for various nominal speeds. These vibrators are suitable for a wide range of applications and many standard applications, such as attachment to silo, hopper, chute and screen, drive motor in compaction, loosening and conveying of bulk materials.
Electric internal vibrators (also known as internal vibrators or vibratory needles) are used on construction sites to provide direct compaction of concrete.
Bulk Material Aeration & Fluidization
Accessories for storage, discharge, fluidization and aeration of bulk materials. Aeration elements made of highly porous sintered materials that allow compressed air to be injected into the bulk material. This allows bulk solids to be aerated during long-term storage or to be fluidized for a short time as a discharge aid. Some systems of our fluidization series can be used for inerting at fire and explosion hazardous storage sites.
Also suitable for retrofitting to silos, bunkers or hoppers.
Silo accessories
Our silo accessories products to improve the discharge of bulk materials from silos, bunkers and hoppers.
Knockers, compressed air cannons and vibratory aerators to improve the discharge and to destroy or prevent bridging, venting and sticking in silo systems.
Retrofitting on the silo or hopper is usually possible without any problems.
