Electric vibration motors MVE-Micro
Electric vibration motors MVR-Micro are a compact version of vibrators MVE (three-phase unbalance motors), available in single-phase or three-phase versions for 230 V / 400 V / 50 Hz. These Electric Vibration Motors are suitable for applications with limited installation space and those where light vibrations are required.
Ideal is this compact type vibration motor for mounting on small hoppers and storage tanks of pellet heating systems.

Externally mountable vibrators can be used in a very wide range of applications in all areas of bulk material handling, concrete compaction and component testing. The application is possible everywhere where material flow problems can be solved with the help of vibrations.

Vibration
Vibration is generated by weights mounted eccentrically on the motor shaft. When the motor shaft rotates, these generate a circular vibration. The bearing of the motor shaft consists of generously dimensioned bearings suitable for continuous operation.
Electrical connection
All electric vibration motors are suitable for operation on a mains supply with a frequency of 50 Hz and generate a circular vibration. They have multi-pole stators and are available for the following standard speed:
3000 rpm (2-pole)
By using a frequency converter, the speed of the vibrator can be continuously adjusted. Thus, different vibration frequencies can be realized in order to optimally adapt the motor to an existing task.
Connected loads: three-phase current 380/400 volts 50 Hz. The vibrators of sizes MVE Micro 21/3 and 41/3 are also available in a single-phase version for operation on a 230 V AC connection.
Setting/Adjustment
The unbalance force and vibration amplitude of the vibrator can be adjusted by means of adjustable unbalance weights mounted in pairs on the shaft ends.
Protection/Safety
Our MVE Micro series electric vibratory motors are protected to IP66 against the ingress of water and foreign objects, and can be used at temperatures from -20°C to +40°C.
CE conformity
The vibrators of the standard series have an explosion protection certification according to ATEX Ex II 3D 100°C (zone 22).
Spare parts/repairs
We also carry out overhauls and repairs of defective unbalance motors. This includes, among other things, the re-bearing of the rotor and replacement of defective components. Please contact us in advance for this.
