Concrete and polymer concrete compaction
For the production of concrete elements, our vibrating tables are suitable for concrete and polymer concrete compaction. By means of a vibrating table, the mass can be compacted evenly and thus a reproducible result can be achieved. This also applies to polymer concrete compaction (mineral casting based on synthetic resin) for machine beds and machine stands.
We would be pleased to advise you in detail on the subject of vibrating tables for concrete and polymer concrete compaction and offer you a solution tailored to your requirements. Please contact us!
- Concrete compaction
- Polymer concrete - mineral casting
- Possibilities
In order to obtain a uniform product with a high surface quality during the production of concrete components, it is necessary to compact the liquid mass as uniformly as possible. When filling the mold, it is easy for the concrete to be distributed irregularly and for air bubbles and air pockets to form.
Application
In order to even out the liquid mass, to compact it and to dissolve the air inclusions, it is necessary to set the entire mold into high-frequency vibrations. This is conveniently done on a vibrating table on which the mold is firmly clamped.
Depending on the consistency and curing time of the compound to be cast, it may be necessary to initiate the vibrations already during filling or only after the casting process has been completed!
The use of a vibrating table is recommended for the compaction of polymer concrete (mineral casting), for example for machine beds and machine stands. The same applies to all other components made of polymer casting based on synthetic resin.
Application
In order to obtain a uniform product in the production of polymer components, it is necessary to compact the liquid mass uniformly.
When filling the mold, irregular distribution of the reactive resin (resin) and solid components can easily occur. Likewise, the formation of air bubbles and air inclusions may occur. In order to even out and compact the resin and solid components and to dissolve the air pockets, it is necessary to subject the entire mold to high-frequency vibrations. This is conveniently done on a vibrating table on which the mold is firmly clamped.
Depending on the consistency and curing time of the compound to be cast, it may be necessary to initiate the vibrations during filling or only after the casting process has been completed.
