BigBags filling

The operator of a large grain mill fills his products into BigBags.

With the help of a vibrating table, the customer wants to compact the filling of the BigBags in order to make optimum use of the filling quantity. Since the filled BigBag carries an enormous weight, Berger Maschinenbau designed a special version. The result is a so-called vibrating frame (vibrating table without table top) in an extra-flat design. This means that the vibrating frame can be securely anchored to the floor and can also be equipped with a forklift truck, as requested by the customer. The construction is loadable up to 700 kg.
